Order Cancellations
- Before Order Processing: You can cancel your order without penalty if it has not been processed yet. Simply contact our customer service team to confirm your cancellation.
- After Order Processing (Domestic Orders):
- Prepaid Orders: If your prepaid order has already been processed but not shipped, we will issue a refund after deducting payment gateway and transaction fees.
- Cash-on-Delivery Orders: You can cancel your cash-on-delivery order before it is shipped by contacting customer service. No further action is required.
- After Order Processing (International Orders): Unfortunately, we cannot process cancellations for international orders once they have been processed.
Product Returns & Replacements
Domestic Orders:
- Returns: We do not accept returns for a change of mind or incorrect product selection.
- Replacements: You may request a replacement within 2 days of delivery for defective or damaged products.
- To request a replacement, email us with the following information:
- Invoice number
- Reason for replacement
- Order ID
- Clear images of the defective product (and, ideally, a video of the package opening)
- You will be responsible for covering the return shipping costs.
- We will send a replacement product at no additional cost, subject to availability.

International Orders:
- Returns: We do not accept returns for international orders.
- Replacements:
- You may request a replacement within 15 days of delivery for defective or damaged products.
- The process is like domestic replacements, but you will be responsible for all shipping costs associated with returning the damaged product and receiving the replacement.
- Replacement processing may take 30-60 business days.
Loss in Transit
If your order is marked as delivered but you have not received it, please contact us within a reasonable timeframe. We will investigate the issue and may involve the courier partner.
Refunds

Domestic Orders:
- Refunds for order cancellations before processing will be issued within 15 business days.
- Refunds for undelivered orders will be processed upon confirmation of loss in transit.
- We will deduct payment gateway and transaction fees from all refunds.

Refunds will not be issued for cancellations or changes of mind. For damaged products processed for replacement, refunds will not be provided.
Dispute Resolution
We strive to resolve all customer concerns efficiently and fairly. However, if a dispute arises, it will be subject to the laws of Delhi, India Jurisdiction and resolved in the courts of Delhi, India Jurisdiction.
