Our shipping structure covers domestic retail orders, international exports and specialised B2B bulk consignments, with dedicated packaging, tracking and logistics support.
Domestic Shipping
We partner with carriers such as Delhivery, Ekart, and BlueDart to cover delivery locations across India.
- Processing Time: 1-2 business days.
- Delivery Timeline: 3-7 business days.
- Partial COD: Available with a 20% non-refundable advance. The balance is payable at delivery.

Custom Shipping Quote
Larger consignments may require a separate logistics quotation based on shipment requirements.

International Shipping
We export to over 50+ countries. All international orders are prepaid only.

- Customs & Duties: Import duties or VAT levied by the destination country are the responsibility of the buyer.

For orders exceeding 20kg or for commercial resale, we offer specialised shipping modes:
Faster Delivery
Faster delivery (5-10 days) for high-value herbs like Shilajit or Saffron.
Bulk Movement
Most cost-effective for bulk herbs and spices (250kg to Full Container Load).
International Trade
We support FOB (Free on Board) and CIF (Cost, Insurance, and Freight) terms for international trade.
Export-Grade Packaging
To help protect Ayurvedic products during storage and international transit:
- Moisture Protection: High-micron HDPE bags and vacuum sealing.
- UV Protection: Light-resistant packaging for sensitive herbs.
- Durability: 5-ply corrugated master cartons for international transit.
Tracking & Delivery Support
- Real-time Tracking: A tracking ID is shared via email/SMS as soon as the package is dispatched.
- Undelivered Orders: If your tracking shows "Delivered" but you haven't received it, please contact us within 4 days.
- Address Accuracy: Please ensure the country code and postal code are accurate for international shipments to avoid possible rerouting fees.
