Quality Control & Assurance
Our quality approach is designed to support the sourcing, handling and documentation of botanical materials supplied to customers and commercial partners across different markets.
Quality control is an important part of our botanical sourcing process. Our approach covers sourcing checks, physical verification, laboratory testing where applicable, documentation and appropriate storage and packaging practices.
A structured approach to quality verification.
Depending on the material and order requirements, quality checks may take place across sourcing, physical handling and laboratory verification.
Sourcing Excellence
Raw materials may be sourced through agricultural partners and forest-collection networks, with checks at origin covering maturity, appearance and relevant physical parameters.
Physical Verification
Materials may be cleaned, sorted and assessed for visible foreign matter, while botanical identity is matched against the applicable scientific nomenclature and product specification.
Laboratory Testing
Where required, representative samples may be submitted for laboratory testing to assess relevant chemical, microbiological and contaminant parameters.
Relevant testing parameters.
Testing requirements can vary by product, specification, destination market and customer requirements.
Heavy Metal Analysis
Testing may include Lead, Arsenic, Mercury and Cadmium against applicable specification or regulatory limits.
Microbiological Profile
Relevant microbiological parameters may include E. coli, Salmonella, Yeast and Mould.
Contaminant Screening
Where required, testing may include pesticide, herbicide or other relevant contaminant screening.
Active Assay Verification
Applicable assay or marker testing may be conducted according to the botanical material and agreed product specification.
Documentation aligned with the shipment.
For international B2B requirements, relevant documentation can be discussed according to the product, shipment and destination-country requirements.
Phytosanitary Certificate
Where applicable, phytosanitary documentation may be arranged for the relevant consignment in accordance with destination requirements.
Certificate of Analysis (COA)
Applicable laboratory reports may cover parameters such as heavy metals, microbiological testing and relevant assay specifications.
Third-party laboratory COAs and additional quality documentation may be available for standard commercial MOQs. For sub-MOQ evaluation volumes or small-batch orders, laboratory testing and additional documentation may be facilitated upon request, subject to applicable laboratory testing fees.
Material Safety Data Sheet (MSDS)
Technical safety documentation may be provided where applicable, covering relevant handling, storage and transport information.
Certificate of Origin
Where required, documentation supporting the stated Indian origin of the applicable agricultural commodity may be arranged.
Industrial-Grade Packaging
Packaging formats may include moisture-resistant, UV-protected and high-barrier bulk containers or multi-layer paper bags, selected according to the material and shipment requirement.
Storage & Material Integrity
Storage and handling practices are designed to help maintain the condition of botanical materials before dispatch, with appropriate environmental and packaging considerations based on the material.
